BYD sold 89,047 NEVs overseas in May, marking the sixth consecutive month of record-breaking sales.

The Song family, Seagull, and Qin family were the top three BYD lineups in terms of sales in May.

The Nio main brand delivered 13,270 cars in May, Onvo 6,281, and Firefly 3,680.

From January to May, Xpeng delivered 162,578 vehicles, a year-on-year increase of 293 percent.

From January to May, Li Auto delivered 167,659 vehicles, a year-on-year increase of 18.73 percent.

This marks the eighth consecutive month that Xiaomi EV has seen monthly deliveries exceed 20,000 units.

Huawei's Richard Yu hinted that Xiaomi's EVs are not as good as the cars from brands backed by Huawei, but they're getting high sales.

The Zeekr brand delivered 18,908 cars in May, a year-on-year increase of 1.57 percent; Lynk & Co delivered 27,630 cars, an increase of 26.87 percent.

Leapmotor delivered a record 45,067 cars in May, representing a year-on-year increase of 148.10 percent.

Great Wall Motor sold 32,638 NEVs in May, contributing a record 31.93 percent to total car sales.

The pre-sales price range for the BYD Seal 06 EV is RMB 120,000 ($16,670) to RMB 150,000.

These ultra-fast chargers can add 400 kilometers of range to an EV in just 5 minutes.

The N7's starting price is just RMB 119,900 ($16,650), marking one of the major comebacks by joint-venture automakers in China.
